Gift Questions, Answered

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Every medal is made to order in Montreal in 7 to 8 business days, then shipped express for free. Order by the dates above for delivery before December 25. Cutting it close? Contact us and we will do our best to rush it.
Which size should I choose?
Small (16mm) is the most gifted size in gold, Medium (20mm) in sterling silver. Large (24mm) and Extra Large (28mm) suit a men's chain. Every product page shows each size next to a coin.
Does the medal come with a chain?
Medals are sold as a pendant. Add a chain on the product page: 1mm cable (women's, +$39), 1.2mm curb (unisex, +$64) or 2mm curb (men's, +$84).
Can a gift be returned or exchanged?
Yes. Holiday orders have extended 60 day returns, so a gift opened on Christmas morning can still be returned, resized or swapped for another metal. Every medal carries a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. Confirm the policy for custom medals.
Is it real gold?
Yes. Every medal is solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold, or 925 sterling silver. Solid gold never tarnishes. Each order ships with a Certificate of Authenticity.
