Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, EU law generally grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for online purchases, allowing you to cancel or return your order without giving a reason.

However, because Stakora jewelry is made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, EU law permits specific exemptions for custom and personalized goods.

Our return and restocking policy for EU orders is structured as follows:

• Non-Personalized Items: While standard items generally qualify for the 14-day return window, please note that because all Stakora items are made-to-order for the customer, returns on non-personalized items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as per our return policy.
• Personalized Items: Any item that features customized elements (such as personalized details or engravings selected by the customer) is subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return, as per our return policy.
• Fully Custom Items: Genuinely custom-designed, bespoke jewelry pieces made entirely to your unique specifications are final sale and strictly exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. They cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

You can cancel an eligible order that has not yet been fulfilled, or submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping: Please note that the return shipping label and all associated return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Stakora does not provide prepaid return labels for EU withdrawals.

Submitting a request through our portal or by email notifies our team. Because we process cancellations and refunds manually, we will contact you directly with instructions and next steps. You will receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as your request is submitted.
