All our gold products are real solid gold; we never use any gold plating! Depending on the product, you can choose between a gold purity of 18K, 14K, or 10K. Each piece is stamped with the gold's purity, and every order comes with a certificate of authenticity inside the box.

A 14K piece contains more pure gold than a 10K piece, and therefore has more value. The “K” stands for “karat” and represents the amount of pure gold that the piece contains.

If jewelry was made from 100% pure gold (24K), it would be quite soft which means that it could bend or scratch easily. This is why jewelers always mix pure gold with other metals to create 10K gold, 14K gold and 18K gold. This makes the gold easier to work with and increases its strength. Think of it like a recipe: the higher the karat number, the more pure gold is used in the mix!

For yellow gold, a higher karat usually means a slightly stronger yellow color. However, these differences can be subtle and might be more or less noticeable depending on lighting.

Solid gold will never change color or tarnish over time!

Yes! The chain and the pendant will both be made in whichever metal you choose. For example, if you choose 10K Yellow Gold as your metal, both the chain and the pendant will be in solid 10K Yellow Gold.

Choosing the right chain type and length depends on who's going to wear it. Here are our recommendations:

For Women:

• All the chain types that we offer are high quality, durable, and suitable for women:
• Women’s Chain: thinner
• Unisex Chain: thicker
• Men’s Chain: thickest
• Chain Lengths:
• 14”: fits like a choker
• 16”: average length
• 18”: hangs lower
• 20” and 22”: hangs the lowest

For Men:

• 18” + 2” Unisex Chain: thinner, adjustable length
• 22” Men’s Chain: thicker, length not adjustable

For Young Children:

• For a girl:
• 14” Women’s Chain: thinner, length not adjustable
• 14” + 2” Unisex Chain: thicker, adjustable length as she grows
• For a boy:
• 14” + 2” Unisex Chain: thicker, adjustable length as he grows

The bail of the pendant has a 4mm opening, which is enough to fit most chains. Please keep in mind that your chain may appear thinner overall but can have thicker parts, such as the end piece or the clasp, which could exceed the 4mm limit. If you’re not sure whether your chain is too thick or has thicker parts, you can simply mention this in the order notes once you add the item to your cart. We will increase the size of the bail to make sure that it fits through your chain!
