We’re Stakora, an independent Canadian jewelry brand specializing in meaningful, personalized fine jewelry. Every piece is designed and handcrafted in-house at our Montreal workshop, with care, precision, and purpose. We believe in quality that lasts and stories that matter.

We’re located in Montreal, Canada, where all our jewelry is handcrafted and shipped from.
Where is your jewelry made?
All our pieces are conceptualized, designed and handcrafted at our factory in Montreal, Canada. We adhere to the highest quality standards of the jewelry manufacturing industry and take pride in the fact that only conflict-free, ethically sourced materials are used in the crafting of every piece of jewelry.
Are your gold products made from real solid gold, or are they gold plated/filled?
All of our gold products are made from real solid gold with a purity level that is indicated on the product page (10K, 14K or 18K). We never use any gold plating!
A certificate of authenticity that guarantees the quality of materials is included with every order.
Shipping & Returns
Will I be charged duties or import taxes?
There will be no duties or additional charges upon delivery to Canada, US, Australia, UK and Europe! The price you see at checkout is the final amount you'll pay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All Stakora items are made-to-order at our workshop in Canada and shipped using express shipping. Including both the production time and shipping time, it usually takes 2 weeks to receive your order. Trust us, it’s worth the wait for a custom piece handcrafted especially for you! We can also accelerate the process: if you need to receive your order by a specific date, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Canada, US, Australia, UK and Europe orders!
What is your return policy?
We're only happy if you're happy. If for any reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns for all the products on our website within 30 days. Please note of our return policy details below:
- Only unworn items may be returned, provided that they are still in their original condition with no signs of damage, with the plastic jewelry tag attached (if any) and in its original packaging with the free gift promotion included (if any).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
- Custom orders of items that are not directly available on our website (including items where the design was modified) are considered final sale.
- At Stakora, all our jewelry is made-to-order, which means that your piece is handcrafted just for you as opposed to being picked out from an inventory. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returned items are subject to a restocking fee: 15% for non-personalized pieces and 25% for personalized pieces. Please note that this fee will be deducted from your refund.
- To ensure a smooth return process, customers are required to contact our customer service team for approval before sending any items back. We unfortunately cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, US, Australia, UK and also the following countries in Europe:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands
Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes! All our jewelry comes with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, improper use or storage of the product, normal wear and tear, or alterations carried out by companies other than Stakora. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
Will there be any sales taxes to pay when I place my order?
Only Canadian orders are subject to a sales tax. Taxes are applied at checkout according to the province of the shipping address.
How can I begin the return process?
To begin the return process, go to our contact us page, enter your order number, choose “return” as the subject and let us know the reason for the return in the message box. Upon approval, our customer service team will contact you with instructions.
Do you require a signature for delivery?
This mostly depends on the value of your order and your shipping address. For eligible orders, we automatically upgrade your shipment with signature confirmation: this will be clearly indicated in the shipping method at checkout. If signature confirmation is not automatically included, you’ll have the option to add it at checkout for a small fee.
Can you fix my necklace’s chain length if I ordered the wrong length?
Yes we can! To request a chain length change, please contact us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
Can you resize my ring if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, we can! We offer free resizing on our rings. To request a resizing, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your order shows as delivered but can’t be located, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivered date. Please note that Stakora is not liable for any stolen packages, or for any orders that have signature confirmation on the package.
Can I cancel my order?
All of our products are made-to-order, with production starting shortly after the order is placed! We offer a cancelation window of 24h from the time the order is placed, for a full refund.
Order cancelations that fall outside of the cancelation window will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Metals
Are your gold products made from real solid gold, or are they gold plated/filled?
All of our gold products are made from real solid gold with a purity level that is indicated on the product page (10K, 14K or 18K). We never use any gold plating!

What is the difference between 10K, 14K and 18K gold?
The “K” stands for “karat”, a unit that measures how much pure gold is in the jewelry.
- 24K gold is pure gold, but it’s very soft and prone to bending or scratching.
- That’s why jewelers blend pure gold with other metals to create 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. This makes the gold stronger and better suited for everyday wear.
The higher the karat, the higher the gold content—and, the higher the value.
- 10K gold: 41.7% pure gold
- 14K gold: 58.3% pure gold
- 18K gold: 75% pure gold
Gold’s color can vary slightly based on the karats:
- 10K and 14K gold have a balanced light yellow gold tone
- 18K gold has a stronger yellow hue due to its higher gold content
Does solid gold change color over time?
Solid gold will never change color or tarnish over time!
For necklaces, will the chain and the pendant both be made in the metal I choose?
Yes! The chain and the pendant will both be made in whichever metal you choose, unless you manually select a different karat for one of them. For example, if you choose 10K Yellow Gold as your metal, both the chain and the pendant will be in solid 10K Yellow Gold by default.
If your gold products are real solid gold, how come the price is so low?
At Stakora, we proudly handcraft all our jewelry in-house at our workshop in Montreal, Canada, and sell directly to our customers. By eliminating middlemen and handling every step ourselves, we’re able to offer genuine, high-quality pieces at prices that are surprisingly affordable.

Preciosa® Crystals
Preciosa® Crystals are synthetic stones, artificially created to simulate the
look of a diamond.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds that are man-made in a laboratory. They look
and sparkle just like natural diamonds and are almost identical chemically.
Natural Diamonds
Natural diamonds are created by nature over the course of billions of years.
These precious stones have the most value, as their supply is limited.

Are your diamonds conflict free?
Yes! All our diamonds are sourced from ethical suppliers that strictly stock socially responsible, conflict-free diamonds.
What quality of diamonds do you use?

Do you include any certificates with your diamond jewelry?
Some of our diamond products come with a certificate, while others offer the option to purchase one for a small fee by contacting us. Please refer to the Materials section on the product page to see whether a diamond certificate is included or optional.
The printed certificate is prepared by a third-party certified gemologist, and specifies details about your jewelry, including the total diamond weight, detailed diamond specifications, the weight of the entire piece, metal purity, and an estimated retail value.

Can I customize a piece or design something from scratch with you?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Whether it's a personalized engraving or a unique design concept, we can work with you to create a custom piece tailored to your vision. Check out our Custom Jewelry Quote page for more info.
Are you able to make a product in a different metal than the options available on the website?
Yes we can, depending on the particular style of the item and the metal that you want. Please contact us with the specific item link, and your desired metal!
Can I change the letters in my name necklace to be all caps or all lower case?
Yes! You can first place your order as usual. Once the order is placed, please contact us with the required modification and we'll gladly update the order for you.
Can I enter a name that's longer than the allowed number of characters?
This will depend on the style of the item: please don't hesitate to contact us with the name of the item, and your desired number of characters!

How do I take care of my jewelry?
To ensure your Stakora pieces remain radiant for years to come, we recommend the following care guidelines:
Make Jewelry the Final Touch
Many cosmetics, hair products, and lotions contain chemicals that can dull the brilliance of your jewelry over time. To minimize exposure, always apply your jewelry after completing your beauty routine — it should be the final touch to your look.
Remove Before Activity
We recommend removing your jewelry before engaging in any physical activity, such as exercising, swimming, or household chores. This will protect it from chemicals, moisture, and impact that may lead to damage or wear.
Store with Care
To prevent scratching and oxidation, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box. For sterling silver pieces, this is especially important to help reduce the risk of tarnishing.
Clean Gently and Regularly
Maintain your jewelry’s natural brilliance by cleaning it regularly. Use a soft, clean cloth to gently polish each piece. For deeper cleaning, a mild soap and lukewarm water can be used — but always dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Can I combine multiple promotions or discount codes together?
We're currently only able to apply 1 promotion/discount code for each order!
Can I add a promotion or discount code to my order after I've already placed it?
You can contact us to add a promotion or discount code to your order if it's within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that once the 24-hour grace period has passed, and that your order has entered production, we're unfortunately unable to make this adjustment!
What if I find a different promotion or discount code and want to use that one instead?
Unfortunately, once a promotion has been applied to your order, we are unable to replace it with a different one!
For your free gift with purchase promotions, can I get more than 1 gift?
We're currently only able to apply 1 gift with purchase promotion for each order!
