US Customers: with all the recent news about U.S. tariffs and duties, will I need to pay any extra fees when ordering from you?
No, you won’t have to pay any tariffs or import duties when ordering from the United States. Even with the recent tariff updates in the news, our jewelry is made and ships directly from Canada, so your order won't be affected by those changes. The price you see at checkout is the final total: no surprise fees or amount to pay upon delivery.
Will I be charged duties or import taxes?
There will be no duties or additional charges upon delivery to Canada, US, Australia, UK and Europe! The price you see at checkout is the final amount you'll pay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All Stakora items are made-to-order at our workshop in Canada and shipped using express shipping. Including both the production time and shipping time, it usually takes 2 weeks to receive your order. Trust us, it’s worth the wait for a custom piece handcrafted especially for you! We can also accelerate the process: if you need to receive your order by a specific date, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
We know how important it is for your gift to arrive on time. If your order is placed in November or early December, it will definitely arrive before Christmas. As we get closer to the holidays in December, we’ll be announcing our official shipping cutoff date. If your order is meant to be a Christmas gift, we highly recommend placing it as soon as possible. Ordering early ensures your piece is made before the holiday rush.
Will there be shipping delays during the holidays?
The holiday season is the busiest time of year for shipping carriers, and delays can happen, which is unfortunately out of our control. We highly recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid surprises caused by unexpected carrier delays.
Do you have an extended holiday return policy?
Yes, we do. We want you and your loved ones to feel completely confident about your gift. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 include a 60-day extended return and exchange policy from the date the package is received. During the rest of the year, our standard return window is 30 days.If you ever have a sizing issue, whether it’s a ring, bracelet, or chain length, we’re always here to help, even beyond our standard return period. We’ll gladly assist with exchanges or adjustments as long as you cover the cost of the return shipping label. You can shop with peace of mind knowing we’ll support you until your piece fits perfectly.
Can I exchange a gift if a recipient doesn’t like it?
Yes. Gifts can be exchanged for another product with a full credit toward the new item. There are no restocking fees for exchanges, you would only need to cover the cost of the shipping labels. If you prefer a return for a refund instead of an exchange, it would fall under our regular return policy. Please note that returns for a refund are subject to restocking fees (see our full return policy in the Shipping & Returns section below for all the details).

What is your return policy?
We're only happy if you're happy. If for any reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns for all the products on our website within 30 days. Please note of our return policy details below:
- Only unworn items may be returned, provided that they are still in their original condition with no signs of damage, with the plastic jewelry tag attached (if any) and in its original packaging with the free gift promotion included (if any).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
- Custom orders of items that are not directly available on our website (including items where the design was modified) are considered final sale.
- At Stakora, all our jewelry is made-to-order, which means that your piece is handcrafted just for you as opposed to being picked out from an inventory. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returned items are subject to a restocking fee: 15% for non-personalized pieces and 25% for personalized pieces. Please note that this fee will be deducted from your refund.
- To ensure a smooth return process, customers are required to contact our customer service team for approval before sending any items back. We unfortunately cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, US, Australia, UK and also the following countries in Europe:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands
Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes! All our jewelry comes with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, improper use or storage of the product, normal wear and tear, or alterations carried out by companies other than Stakora. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
Will there be any sales taxes to pay when I place my order?
Only Canadian orders are subject to a sales tax. Taxes are applied at checkout according to the province of the shipping address.
How can I begin the return process?
To begin the return process, go to our contact us page, enter your order number, choose “return” as the subject and let us know the reason for the return in the message box. Upon approval, our customer service team will contact you with instructions.
Do you require a signature for delivery?
This mostly depends on the value of your order and your shipping address. For eligible orders, we automatically upgrade your shipment with signature confirmation: this will be clearly indicated in the shipping method at checkout. If signature confirmation is not automatically included, you’ll have the option to add it at checkout for a small fee.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes within Canada and the United States. Please note that for security purposes, we may occasionally request a complete street address after your order has been placed, even for shipments within Canada or the U.S. If any issues arise, we’ll contact you with more details.
For international orders (outside of Canada and the United States), we’re unfortunately unable to ship to PO Boxes. To avoid delays in the shipment of your order, please make sure to enter a complete street address when placing your order.
Can you fix my necklace’s chain length if I ordered the wrong length?
Yes we can! To request a chain length change, please contact us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
Can you resize my ring if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, we can! We offer free resizing on our rings. To request a resizing, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your order shows as delivered but can’t be located, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivered date. Please note that Stakora is not liable for any stolen packages, or for any orders that have signature confirmation on the package.
Can I cancel my order?
All of our products are made-to-order, with production starting shortly after the order is placed! We offer a cancelation window of 24h from the time the order is placed, for a full refund.
Order cancelations that fall outside of the cancelation window will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Can I ship my order as a gift to someone?
Definitely. You can have your order shipped straight to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. We don’t include prices inside the package, and you can add a personalized gift note in your cart, that will be printed on a card inside the package. Please note that if the item is of a higher value, we may ship it with the signature-required option for security purposes. If you’re not sure, please reach out to us with what you’d like to order, and we’ll be happy to help ensure everything goes smoothly.
Do you include receipts or invoices in the package?
We don’t include receipts or invoices inside the package. However, for customs purposes, there may or may not be an invoice attached to the outside of the package. If there is one, it can be easily removed after delivery.
How will my Holiday order be packaged?
Every order is carefully packaged in our premium Stakora holiday packaging. Inside, your jewelry will arrive in our signature jewelry box along with a certificate of authenticity and an order card. If you include a gift message in your cart, we’ll print it neatly on the card for a personal touch.You can also add a Stakora gift bag with tissue paper for a small fee on any product page, perfect for easy and elegant gifting. All holiday orders are securely delivered in a sealed mailer box to keep everything safe and beautifully presented.
